I offer in person, online, and telephone appointments, on a one-to-one basis.
I am based in Manchester City centre, within the Royal Exchange building, however online and telephone sessions can take place wherever you are in the UK.
If you are a student or on low income please get in touch and we can discuss a possible concessionary rate.
I also offer a free initial 20 minute consultation, as I believe it is important for you to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with.

Face to face appointments last 50 minutes and will require you to be able to travel to Manchester city centre.
Appointments will take place at a private clinic, details of which can be found below.
Video/ Telephone

Appointments last for 50 minutes and are conducted via telephone or Zoom.
You can connect via a desktop or mobile device, as long as you are in a comfortable, private, distraction free space.
